Abstract:Objective To systematically retrieve relevant literature on alarm management of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in ICU patients, summarize the best evidence, and to provide references for clinical CRRT alarm management. Methods Relevant clinical guidelines, standards, expert consensus, systematic reviews, evidence summaries and randomized controlled trials on ICU CRRT alarm management were systematically searched from guideline websites, professional associations, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, SinoMed, VIP, CNKI and Wanfang Database from database establishment to May 16, 2025.Two researchers independently conducted literature quality evaluation and data extraction. Results A total of 13 literatures were included, involving 2 guidelines, 2 expert consensus, 3 standards, 2 specifications, 3 systematic reviews and 1 randomized controlled trial.Thirty pieces of best evidence were summarized from six aspects:alarm management team, alarm setting and identification, alarm prevention and control during treatment, alarm disposal, alarm education and training, and CRRT equipment maintenance. Conclusion The summarized best evidence can provide decision-making references for clinical medical staff and equipment managers, so as to improve the quality of CRRT alarm management in ICU.
