    摘要:

    目的 评价《介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护规范》中正确使用辐射防护用具最佳证据的实施效果,促进介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护行为的标准化、规范化。 方法 以《介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护规范》为蓝本,明确17条最佳证据,借助 实施性研究综合框架-实施变革专家意见匹配工具选择实施策略,通过头脑风暴法、专家会议法制订实施方案。选取74名介入诊疗医务人员为研究对象实施该方案,基于RE-AIM框架评价实施效果。 结果 实施方案的总体覆盖率为72.5%;16个条目的保真度为1.4%~100.0%,实施后介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护知识、实践行为得分显著高于实施前,个人剂量当量显著低于实施前(均P<0.05),但实施前后辐射防护态度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 《介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护规范》的实施可有效提升介入诊疗医务人员辐射防护知识水平,规范辐射防护行为,降低受照剂量。

    Abstract:

    Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of the best evidence on the correct use of radiation protection equipment as specified in the Radiation Protection Standards for Medical Staff in Interventional Procedures, and to promote the standardization and normalization of radiation protection practices among such personnel. Methods Based on the Radiation Protection Stan-dards for Medical Staff in Interventional Procedures, 17 pieces of best evidence were identified.Implementation strategies were selected using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) combined with the Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change (ERIC) matching tool.An implementation protocol was developed through brainstorming and expert mee-tings.A total of 74 medical staff practicing in interventional procedures were recruited to implement the protocol.Implementation effects were evaluated based on the RE-AIM framework. Results The overall coverage rate of the implementation protocol was 72.5%.Fidelity for 16 items ranged from 1.4% to 100.0%.After the intervention, the sample showed significantly higher radiation protection knowledge and practics, and the personal dose equivalent was significantly reduced (all P<0.05).However, there was no statistically significant difference in radiation protection attitude before and after the intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the Radiation Protection Standards for Medical Staff in Interventional Procedures can effectively improve the radiation protection knowledge level, standardize radiation protection practices, and reduce radiation exposure doses among medical staff.
