Evidence-based practice (EBP) as a critical approach to improving nursing quality and ensuring patient safety, has been widely promoted in the international nursing field.However, its application in China still faces many challenges.Currently, EBP studies exhibit inconsistencies in topic selection, project design, implementation procedures, and reporting quality, which undermines the transparency and credibility of the research.In response to these issues, this article interprets the guideline "Reporting Guideline for Evidence-Based Practice Projects" published by Professor Madeleine Whalen and her team at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the United States, aiming to provide scientific and standardized guidance for clinical nursing researchers in China when writing EBP project reports.
