Objective To investigate the current status of willingness to use telerehabilitation among patients with COPD and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for the implementation of telerehabilitation services. Methods A total of 235 patients diagnosed with COPD were recruited by convenience sampling from November 2024 to May 2025. The general information questionnaire, the eHealth Literacy Scale, and the Telerehabilitation Intention Scale for Patients with COPD were used for the investigation. Results The median total score of telerehabilitation intention among COPD patients was 88.00 (interquartile range:84.00, 93.00). Multivariate analysis indicated that eHealth literacy, prior knowledge of telerehabilitation, age and pulmonary function classification were significant influencing factors of the intention to use telerehabilitation (all P<0.05). Conclusion The total score of the willingness to use telerehabilitation among COPD patients was slightly above the medium level. Special attention should be paid to COPD patients with low eHealth literacy, advanced ageand severepulmonary function classification. It is suggested that targeted measures be formulated to enhance patients′ willingness to use remote rehabilitation and to improvetheir prognosis.
