Abstract:As a novel fragmented exercise model characterized by short duration and high frequency, exercise snacks has gradually garnered attention due to its adaptability to the exercise capacity and living habits of older adults. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health concepts such as "holistic view" and "combination of movement and stillness" are highly consistent with the intervention logic of exercise snacks. Starting from the convergence points between exercise snacks and TCM health concepts, this paper systematically sorts out the implementation paths and intervention effects of TCM-featured exercise snacks, compares its differences with conventional exercise snacks, and looks forward to its development prospects, thereby providing theoretical reference and practical support for the construction of an age-friendly exercise intervention system featuring traditional Chinese medicine.
