This paper systematically expounds the concept evolution of artificial intelligence literacy, summarizes the core characte-ristics, application status and limitations of existing artificial intelligence literacy assessment tools. At the same time, combined with specific scenarios including nursing education, clinical practice and career development, it puts forward suggestions such as constructing assessment-oriented training systems and developing contextualized assessment tools, so as to provide reference for the scientific selection and development of artificial intelligence literacy assessment tools in the nursing field.
