Abstract:The Multidisciplinary Expert Consensus on Treatment Adherence in Inflammatory Bowel Disease was developed using a modified Delphi method, integrating existing evidence and multidisciplinary expert opinions to formulate 12 statements covering the definition, assessment, risk factors, and intervention strategies. This paper provides an integrated analysis of the consensus from a nursing perspective, interpreting its clinical guidance value in terms of standardized quantitative assessment of treatment adhe-rence, identification of high-risk populations, and multidimensional intervention strategies. It also explores pathways for translating the consensus concepts into clinical nursing practice in China, aiming to provide a reference for improving treatment adherence in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
